MY PT (Movement Yoga Pilates Training) is a boutique studio located in the Dundas and Roncesvalles area of Toronto. The focus of our studio practice is to improve strength, breathing, core activation, flexibility, and joint mobility. We offer classes in mat Pilates and Yoga, as well as one-on-one and small group training with our personal training specialists

MY PT

PT offers a holistic approach that addresses the various needs of our members. Whether you’re looking to move pain free after an injury, improve postural alignment and muscular strength, or practice mindfulness to counter a hectic schedule, our classes are designed to provide a full mind-body experience.

CLASSES WE OFFER

We are located at 2257 Dundas Street West, in the freshly painted purple building. We are affiliated with Bloor Street Fitness and Boxing at 2295 Dundas Street West, the building with the giant boxing gloves a few doors down. Please visit us there with any questions or to sign up as a studio member. PILATES

Pilates, named after its creator Joseph Pilates, is a system of low impact exercises and stretches meant to strengthen the muscles of the core while improving flexibility and balance. Designed with the focus on building strength through  lengthening of the muscles supported by the core, the Mat Pilates and Fusion Pilates classes are great for beginners to advanced level practitioners. YOGA

Accessible, fun, beginner friendly classes devoted to building an empowering and strong yoga practice. With a focus on a solid foundation, we will practice breathing, wrapping strength around mobility and focus. Our Yoga classes are ideal for people looking to improve their range of motion and reduce
